FIRST LAGER

A first and a favorite. Delightfully crisp, balancing bready malt with pronounced noble hop aroma. This is a year-round beer, good from the dog days of summer through the never-ending winter.  Now available in cans! 5.1% abv

SWIFT IPA

This is our flagship IPA, featuring a substantial crisp bitterness kept in check by a solid malt base. With an intense citrus bouquet and flavor, Swift is a bright and clean IPA featuring Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial hops. 6.9% abv

FAMILY SAISON

A classic Saison that finishes clean and dry, almost champagne-like. We use our house Belgian yeast for a soft fruity aroma that lends an overall pastoral character. 5.9% abv

 
 
 

Current Seasonals

OODLES OF NOODLES (WHINER COLLAB)

A dry-hopped 100% Brett Saison fermented in wine barrels with both ours and Whiner's house wild yeast cultures. A complex blend of ripe pineapple, funk and citrus zest notes throughout, finishing dry to clean off the palate. 5.1% abv

TAKE CARE

A Biere de Miel—or Honey Saison—brewed with rye malt and Illinois honey, fermented with our house Belgian yeast. Rustic and dry, showcasing a floral honey aroma and spicy malt character. 6.7% abv

FUN PUNCH

A kettle-soured Saison fermented with mango, apricot and blood orange, and dry-hopped with Pacifica hops from New Zealand. A medium lactic tartness cuts through a tropical fruit medley, with just enough added complexity from the citrusy Pacifica hop. 5.8% abv

FALL CLASSIC

A hoppy Rye Lager brewed in collaboration with Sheffield's. A spicy malt character is accented with Saphir, a newer German hop that is both fruity and floral with a tempered bitterness. A perfect companion to the crisp, cool days of fall. 5.6% abv

 

 

 

 

24:37 RED IPA

Named after the number of hours and minutes in a Martian day. A blend of roasted malts give this IPA its red hue and malty backbone, accented by Sorachi Ace hops, which impart notes of lemongrass, oak and dill. 6.5% abv

REVIVAL CAFE SAISON

A Belgian-style Saison brewed with coffee from Metric, in collaboration with Revival Food Hall. Whole coffee beans are added after fermentation, adding a fruity coffee aroma without the roastiness. 5.5% abv

OFF-BLACK

Our take on a German Schwarzbier is certainly dark, but still totally sessionable. Off-Black is roasty and malty, but kept refreshing with a healthy dose of noble hops and low abv. 4.7% abv
