Beer
Some classics. Some rookies.
We always have a few staples you can depend on. But as a small brewery, you can also bet there’s something new to try. Click below to shop online, or continue scrolling to see what’s pouring.

On Tap Now
We brew small-batch beers every season, but not all of them get canned or bottled. Here’s a full list of what you can catch on draft in our taproom.
The first beer ever brewed by Hopewell and, fittingly, the one we reach for most often. A Pilsner-style Lager with a bready malt profile and a snappy noble hop finish. Tastes great anytime — but best with friends.
A Pale Ale you can depend on — a bona fide fridge staple. Bright neon flavors of grapefruit and pine give way to a pleasantly soft malt base and a quick slice of balancing bitterness. Reliably tasty without a fuss.
An IPA for those on the up-and-up. A vibrant combo of new-wave hops offers fresh citrus, tropical fruit and sticky pine with a prickly finish, putting this hoppy bev on the path ahead. Let’s get it.
A Hazy IPA that radiates the full spectrum of modern hop eccentricities. An initial burst swells with the essence of ripe mango, papaya and apricot, while reverberant threads of green grass and prickly pine tether its final form. Here’s to a bright spot.
Long Shadows is a red-hued Winter IPA that showcases a medley of piney and citrusy hops against a backdrop of toasty, robust malts. Formed for a low-slung sun and the cold nights that follow.
Zippy Ripper is a Gose-style Sour Ale brewed with kiwi, watermelon and sea salt. A juicy combo of fruit is enlivened by vibrant tartness and bright minerality, forming an easy refresher that may disappear just as quickly as it arrives. In other words: it rips.
Stay Frosty is a Winter Lager that stands up to the frigid temps that come with the season. Full-bodied and malty with a pronounced nuttiness and slight caramel sweetness, plus a hint of noble hop spiciness to keep it easy on the palate. Cozy up.
Belly Up is an English-style Bitter brewed with UK-sourced hops and malt. Floral, earthy hop aromas balance harmoniously with a full malt profile that carries notes of toasted bread, biscuit and a pleasant nuttiness. Belly up and stay a while.
Pub Culture is an English-style Porter brewed with British malts, hops and yeast. Satisfyingly rich with notes of toffee, caramel and chocolate, balanced by a touch of red fruit and a dash of floral hops. An ale to be poured by the pint.
Arrow of Time is a series of oak-aged wild ales blended from the best barrels our stock has to offer. Every blend is different, but each represents the best expression of our barrels at that moment in time.
Bottles & Cans
Our team brews and packages all our beer at our brewery on Milwaukee Ave, which we think is pretty neat. Along with the mainstay cans that are available all year, we love brewing limited special releases.
