“We got together with our friends at Hopewell to bring you different threads of our collaborative ​‘Coupage’ — the French tradition of blending young, fresh beer with older, matured beer. Our contribution is the Bière à Coupage, the young fresh beer for cutting. Look for bright, fresh notes of white grapes, lemongrass, gumballs, and elderflower tethered to richer notes of marzipan, brioche, and a distinct nuttiness from the malted Carolina Gold Rice. Pick up all three versions of this collaboration and follow its evolution from fresh stock to fully blended beer.”
