Mixed-culture Sour Ale co-fermented with Michigan Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, processed in-house in the Rosé method. Fresh-picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were crushed in-house and left in contact with the skins for a brief period before the juice was drawn off to our Neon base for co-fermentation. This beer is jammy and peppery, with notes of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Pronounced acid profile.
