Neonette is directly inspired by piquette, a low-alcohol wine made from the ​“spent” grape skins of a full-strength wine. In our case, we brew a table beer and ferment on the skins of fruit previously used to make a Neon.

This Black Raspberry variant has a lovely tannic structure that combines with the floral, fruity remnants of black raspberries, capped by a tart finish.
