Neonette is directly inspired by piquette, a low-alcohol wine made from the​“spent” grape skins of a full-strength wine. In our case, we brew a table beer and ferment on the skins of fruit previously used to make a Neon.

This Triple Berry variant was fermented on the raspberry, blueberry and strawberry skins used for Neon: Triple Berry. Tannic and floral with subtle berry notes, low acidity and a bone-dry finish.
